Parcels of puff pastry filled with goat’s cheese. Served on a bed of mixed leaves and finished with a honey dressing and almond flakes
A Roulard of smoked salmon filled with ricotta cheese and spinach served on a bed of avocado mousse
Freshly made savory pancakes filled with ricotta and spinach, topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella then oven baked
Famous northern Italian cured beef slices stuffed with soft cheese and rocket salad finished with a balsamic and olive oil dressing
Buffalo Mozzarella stuffed with tomato and Rocket salad served on a bed of avocado mousse and finished with a Balsamic reduction

Pan-fried sea bream on a bed of sautéed spinach, fish veloutee and tomato concassee
Finest prime cut fillet steak char grilled to your liking finished in a sauce of green peppercorns, onions, brandy demi glace, and cream
